Production Shift Foreman Full Time

As a Production Shift Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food production processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in food manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
