A leading FMCG manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead and optimise high-volume production operations within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
:
✅ Degree or Diploma in Production Management, Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
✅ Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
✅ Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO)
✅ Proven experience managing large teams and multiple production lines
✅ Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs, OEE, and continuous improvement tools
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
