This role is ideal for a professional with strong payroll administration experience combined with sound financial and accounting knowledge.

✅ Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Payroll, or related field
✅ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in payroll and finance administration
✅ Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory requirements
✅ Experience working with payroll systems and financial software
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
✅ High attention to detail and strong numerical ability
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
