Stormwater Design Engineer Full Time

One of South Africa’s leading multi-disciplinary engineering consulting companies is looking for a to join their team!

Requirements:

• Minimum Tertiary Qualification (BEng or BTech)
• ECSA Professional Registration (advantageous)
• 5-7 years experience with Stormwater Analysis, Assessment & Design
• Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects
• Experience with GCC2015, SABS1200 & COLTO
• Experience working with AutoCAD, Civil Designer Software & Civil3D
• Experience of Quality assurance

Responsibilities:

• Conduct stormwater management planning for developments, using the PCSWMM software package
• Conduct flood line studies utilizing primarily the HEC-RAS 1-D software package
• Help in the compilation of tender documentation related to stormwater infrastructure
• Prepare and present technical reports
• Interprets civil engineering drawings and building plans
