Programme Manager – PR Architecht Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve is seeking a talented and experienced Programme Manager – PR Architect to join our client’s team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing architectural projects from conception through to execution. This position requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of architectural principles, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire architectural project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project objectives.
• Managing project scope, schedule, and cost effectively.
• Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Developing and managing project timelines and budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
• Leading project teams and facilitating effective communication.
• Preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
• Mentoring junior architects and team members.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
• Registered with relevant professional architectural body minimum of 3 years
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects especially in the Healthcare Sector.
• Strong understanding of construction and architectural regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
