Compliance Officer/Administrator OR Programme Administrator – Cape Town Full Time

Description: 

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Compliance Officer/Administrator or Programme Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies or assisting with the coordination and management of various programmes and projects within the organization.

Compliance Officer/Administrator Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct internal compliance audits and investigations
• Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters
• Maintain compliance records and documentation

Programme Administrator Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage various programmes and projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
• Prepare and present project reports to management

Requirements: 

Requirements for Compliance Officer/Administrator

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations
• Experience in compliance or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements for Programme Administrator

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in coordinating and managing programmes or projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
