An established and fast-growing company in the water solutions industry is looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for ensuring smooth business operations.
:
✅ Grade 12 (Matric).
✅ Diploma or qualification in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
✅ 2–5 years’ experience in an operations coordination, logistics, or administrative role.
✅ Strong organisational and time management skills.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✅ High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
✅ Experience using ERP, CRM, or job management systems will be advantageous.
✅ Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
✅ Valid driver’s licence is advantageous.
