Junior Construction Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve’s Client is currently hiring for the position of Junior Construction Manager in Johannesburg. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects in the Commercial & Retail sector of the oil industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing construction projects
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Supervise and mentor construction workers
• Ensure quality control and resolve any issues or conflicts on site
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders

Requirements: 

• 0-1 years experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
• knowledge in project management software and tools (entry level)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license
