Construction Manager

A leading & innovative firm in Cape Town is looking for a Construction Manager to join their team!

Key Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Construction Management
  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Must Reside in Western Cape
  • 10 Years’ Experience in Construction
  • Contractual Knowledge: NEC, JBCC
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good Knowledge of Construction Processes, Design Specifications, Sequence building and Health and Safety

Responsibilities:

  • Site Management
  • Programmes of work planning
  • Efficient flow of communication
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Oversee OHS onsite
  • Oversee housekeeping
  • People Management
  • Completion of documentation
  • Identify risks
  • Monitor quality
  • Production progress
