We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in College Park, Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for a variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with a team of engineers to design and develop electrical systems for new projects
– Conduct research to identify new technologies and advancements in the field of electrical engineering
– Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure the functionality and safety of electrical systems
– Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders
– Provide technical support and guidance to other members of the team
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in electrical engineering
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
– Ability to work in a quarrying and construction site environment
– Willing to travel to clients site
– Drivers License & Own vehicle will be advantage
– valid passport
– Based in Cape Town
– Must be medically fit in terms of Mine Health and Safety Act
– Clear criminal record
– Technically motivated.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and presentation abilities
– Experience working on a variety of electrical engineering projects
– Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations in the field of electrical engineering
