Warehouse / Store Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse / Store Manager to join their team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the warehouse and store, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the refrigeration industrial manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations within the warehouse and store, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods and materials
• Supervise warehouse and store staff, providing leadership, training, and support as needed
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and inventory management
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Monitor and evaluate warehouse and store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Prepare reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators and make informed decisions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in the industrial manufacturing industry
• 3+ Years experience with refrigeration manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management best practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
