External Sales Representatives (x2) Full Time

A leading chemical manufacturing company is looking for experienced External Sales Representatives with strong experience in sales and customer relationship management to join their team in Germiston. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, promoting chemical and cleaning products, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell chemical and cleaning products to customers.
• Conduct external client visits and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Achieve agreed sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer activity, market opportunities and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant sales experience.
• Relevant sales qualification.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to work towards sales targets.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage an external sales territory.
