Senior Tailings Engineer Full Time

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tailings Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Tailings Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design, construction, and operation of tailings storage facilities and associated infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and construction of tailings storage facilities and associated infrastructure
• Manage all aspects of the tailings management system
• Conduct geotechnical investigations and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Implement best practices for tailings management
• Provide technical input and guidance on tailings-related projects

Requirements:

• BSc or BEng degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tailings and mineral residue facilities
• Strong knowledge of tailings engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
