One of our clients, a leading player in the agricultural retail and supply chain sector, is seeking a Senior Manager – Procurement to join their Supply Chain Division based in Paarl. This exciting senior-level opportunity is focused on managing procurement.
Develop and implement category strategies for infrastructure and mechanisation
Drive supplier collaboration and product innovation
Oversee governance, pricing models (SPP), and contract management
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships
Conduct ongoing market intelligence and apply insights to strategy
Relevant B degree or equivalent qualification
8–10 years’ experience in a senior procurement or agri-related management role
Strong knowledge of agricultural supply chains and infrastructure
Familiarity with emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven solutions
Willingness to travel and work extended hours during peak seasons
Salary: Market-related and negotiable
