Production Clerk Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Production Clerk to join their team in Paarl, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering production related documents and duties, including the capturing of related data onto the company’s internal system.

Responsibilities: 

• Releasing of process orders and adding info to production schedule.
• Printing and checking of process orders.
• Compiling production batch documentation pack before production.
• Follow up with Production in regards to completion of documentation pack.
• Verifying completion of documentation pack.
• Capturing of process order data onto SAP.
• Handling of re-label process orders.
• Assisting with stock take.

Requirements: 

• Grade 12 as a minimum, but a Tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
• At least 3 years’ experience in an Administrative role.
• SAP experience advantageous.
• Attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency.
