Sales Representative Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This role is focused on driving sales in a dynamic environment and requires a professional who is motivated to build strong client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing our client’s market presence and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative (1-2 years)
• Preferably within a relevant industry (Manufacturing/Aluminium)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Strong understanding of sales process and customer behavior
• Ability to adapt to changes in the marketplace
• Knowledge of the local market and customer needs
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
