Job Title: Financial Accountant

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Financial Accountant to join our team. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial reporting and analysis of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Conduct monthly and year-end financial close processes.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
