Project Manager Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a construction site based in Philippi, Western Cape.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and within programme timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control project programmes and site schedules
• Oversee site housekeeping and overall organisation
• Ensure strict Health & Safety compliance on site
• Manage quality control processes and standards
• Read and interpret drawings, manuals, and construction plans
• Monitor and improve site productivity and efficiency
• Coordinate daily site operations and teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ construction site experience
• Strong background in site or project management
• Ability to manage multiple site activities effectively
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
