Project Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s team in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil and building structure projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and project staff.
• Manage procurement of materials and services as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control throughout project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered with SACPMP.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil structures and building structures.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
