Are you a skilled Architect looking for your next career-defining opportunity? An established, design-focused firm is seeking a Professionally Registered Architect (with SACAP) to join their dynamic team on a range of high-complexity construction projects.
Minimum Requirements:
SACAP Professional Registration (non-negotiable)
Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience
Must have experience in complex construction projects; experience in government health sector projects is highly advantageous
Sound working knowledge of JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential; exposure to NEC 3 & 4 contracts is beneficial
Strong command of contract documentation, including compiling and reviewing Contract Instructions & Extension of Time claims
Capable of producing and interpreting cash flow projections (construction & PSP fees)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent formal writing skills and administrative abilities (non-negotiable)
Able to manage teams, delegate effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines
Comfortable working in a collaborative open office environment
PA experience considered a plus
