✅ Proven experience as a Plotter/Cutter Operator in a signage, print, or branding environment
✅ Proficiency in relevant design/cutting software (e.g. CorelDRAW, FlexiSIGN, or similar)
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
✅ Good understanding of different vinyl materials and applications
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
