Payroll Administrator Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve is seeking a talented Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for a range of clients, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
• Calculate and manage payroll deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and perform year-end reporting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices and relevant legislation.
• Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies.
