Junior/Mid Contract Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve is looking for a Junior/Mid Contract Manager to join a dynamic team in Midrand. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to advance their careers in contract management within the logistics and construction sectors. As a Junior/Mid Contract Manager, you will assist in managing contracts while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Support the Contract Manager in negotiating contract terms with clients and suppliers.
• Monitor contract execution and performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain records of all contracts and related documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding contractual matters.
• Participate in regular contract reviews and audits.
• Assist in resolving contract disputes and claims effectively.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience within the logistics or construction industry is a plus.

• must be professionally registered SACPCMP, ECSA
• 7 – 10 years experience
• Commercially strong, willing to travel between projects
