Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth running of logistics and transport schedules
Oversee staff management, including attendance, wages, and operational discipline
Step in to handle client interactions when operational issues arise
Supervise and manage a blue-collar workforce (drivers and ground staff)
Coordinate priorities in a fast-moving environment to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
Strong people management and leadership skills
Hands-on, practical problem-solving approach
Ability to multitask, “run around,” and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
No technical maintenance knowledge required
Previous operations management experience within transport/logistics highly beneficial
