Mechanical Engineer Full Time

Position: Mechanical Engineer

Hire Resolves client is seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Sasolburg, Free State. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and processes within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new mechanical systems or improve existing systems to meet project objectives.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis to ensure systems meet safety, reliability, and performance standards.
• Create and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics for equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct testing and inspections of mechanical systems to identify and address any issues or defects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
