Finance Asset Manager CA(SA) Full Time

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Finance Asset Manager specializing in the Renewable Energy sector to join our client’s dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in managing the financial performance of renewable energy assets, ensuring they meet investment targets and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations for renewable energy projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyze financial data to assess the performance and profitability of assets.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders detailing financial performance and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to optimize financial performance.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in the development of investment proposals and financial models.
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform financial strategies.
• Facilitate regular financial reviews and audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, particularly within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Knowledge of renewable energy financing instruments and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel as required for project evaluations and site visits.
