Our client is a dynamic, fast-paced organisation looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
✅ 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated experience in a leadership or strategic capacity.
✅ Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
✅ Strong digital marketing knowledge, including social media, content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
✅ Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.
✅ Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
✅ Strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities.
✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
✅ Experience managing agencies and/or marketing teams will be advantageous.
