Responsibilities:
Design trend-led retail experiences for centre courts, launches, and event spaces.
Translate global beauty and lifestyle trends into actionable physical environments.
Map out intuitive consumer journeys within mall and expo settings.
Rapidly visualize ideas through 3D sketches, moodboards, and storyboards.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to build irresistible, high-innovation pitch decks.
Directly influence the agency’s win rate by proposing “never-before-seen” concepts.
Lead brainstorming sessions to elevate the creative output of the wider design team.
Ensure the final execution of projects remains true to the original conceptual vision.
Maintain a premium visual standard across all touchpoints.
Minimum Requirements:
Experienced: 5+ years in conceptual, experiential, or retail environment design.
Trend-Obsessed: Deeply connected to cosmetics, beauty, and global lifestyle aesthetics.
Visual Storyteller: Ability to communicate complex ideas quickly through sketching or 3D blocking.
