Junior Account Manager – Marketing – KZN Full Time

Hire Resolve is looking to hire a Junior Account Manager to join their client’s Marketing team in KwaZulu-Natal. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Management team in servicing and growing a portfolio of clients in the marketing industry. You will assist with client communication, project management, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing and maintaining relationships with clients in the marketing industry
• Support the Account Management team in executing marketing campaigns and projects
• Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
• Assist with preparing and presenting client reports and presentations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: 

• Qualification in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in account management or client servicing
• Skills in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, WordPress, and Mailchimp to analyze data, present results, and inform strategies.
• Project and budget management experience
• Understanding of how various digital marketing activities connect
