Legal Advisor – Swellendam Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently seeking a Legal Advisor to join their team based in Swellendam. As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company and its clients. You will also assist with drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve legal issues

• Provide legal support and advice
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Handle litigation matters

• 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor
• LLB Degree
• Strong knowledge of South African law
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Admitted Legal Practitioner

• Salary: R240K/Yr – R360K/Yr Negotiable
