This is a leadership role that calls for a technically strong professional who thrives in guiding projects from concept through to completion, while mentoring a team of skilled engineers.
:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
✅ Registered or eligible for registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer/Technologist.
✅ Minimum of 8–10 years’ mechanical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
✅ Strong background in project management, design, and problem-solving.
✅ Proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
