Front Arena System Analyst Full Time NEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Arena System Analyst to join a dynam IT company. The purpose of the Mid-Level Front Arena System Analyst (SA) is to provide Capital Markets
knowledge and practical application of business analysis to design, develop and implement functional
and/or technical system solutions to Capital Markets challenges. This role has a client system focus.

: 

• Understand and clarify client requirements: Gather and interpret client functional and/or technical system requirements to identify and define system challenges.

• Deliver solutions: Design, develop, and implement functional and/or technical system solutions to address client business challenges.

• Ensure solution quality: Verify that delivered solutions meet the original requirements with high quality.

• System configuration and development: Configure systems and/or develop software to meet client needs.

• Requirements gathering: Elicit, document, and manage system requirements for functional/technical specifications.

• Solution design & scoping: Contribute to defining project scope and design effective solutions.

• Testing & verification: Define, validate, and document test cases and results (unit, integration, regression, UAT). Perform quality checks before production delivery.

• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for requirements, solutions, and testing.

• System training: Train client business users on system functionality.

• Post-implementation support: Provide system maintenance and client assistance after go-live.

• Stakeholder engagement: Work with colleagues, project teams, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.

• Planning & prioritisation: Plan task execution, manage workload, and prioritise critical tasks.

• Continuous learning: Develop and improve knowledge of system analysis and capital markets.

:

• • B.Sc. Honours in Financial Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or

  • B.Eng. Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or similar degrees).

  • 3+ years’ experience in FIS Front Arena (Murex also considered essential).

  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets across asset classes and business areas.

  • Familiarity with Capital Markets software systems (Front Arena or similar).

  • Knowledge of Business Analysis fundamentals.

  • Knowledge of System configuration and/or software development fundamentals.
