Project Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of the company’s business management solutions for clients. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.  
  • Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and milestones.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Client Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Gather and document client requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address project challenges and ensure timely resolution.
• Software Implementation:
  • Oversee the implementation of ERP, CRM, and other business management solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of software solutions with client systems.
  • Coordinate and manage software testing and user training.
• Project Monitoring and Control:
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure adherence to project budgets.
  • Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or IT consulting.  
• Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Experience working with South African businesses is a plus.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
