Front Arena Software Engineer/System Analyst Full Time NEW

A consulting firm that helps banks and financial institutions run, change, and transform, their trade, treasury, risk, and assurance operations, is seeking a Mid-Level Front Arena System Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial for designing and implementing system solutions for their Capital Markets clients.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and Define client system requirements to identify and clarify business challenges.

• Design and Implement functional and technical solutions to meet client needs.

• Ensure Quality of all implemented solutions to guarantee they meet the original requirements.

• Contribute to the team’s ongoing growth in systems analysis through continuous learning.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Financial Mathematics (Honors), Actuarial Science, Computer Science (Honors), Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a similar field.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience with FIS Front Arena or a similar Capital Markets software system (e.g., Murex).

  • Strong knowledge of Capital Markets across various asset classes and business areas.

  • Foundational understanding of Business Analysis and System Configuration/Development.

• Technical Skills:

  • Requirements Gathering

  • Solution Design and Scoping

  • System Configuration and/or Development

  • Testing (unit, functional, regression, and UAT)

  • Documentation
