Food Technologist Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Food Technologist with strong experience in the spice and seasoning industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for product development, formulation, batch packs and product matching.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate new spice and seasoning products
• Manage new product development (NPD)
• Prepare and manage batch packs
• Conduct product matching and ensure consistency
• Assist with product improvement and optimisation
• Ensure products meet quality and production requirements
• Work closely with production and other relevant departments

Requirements

• Relevant Food Technology / Food Science qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably within the spice industry
• Experience in new product development
• Strong experience with product matching and formulation
• Experience with batch packs
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
