Are you a commercially minded finance professional with strong leadership experience and a passion for driving financial performance?
Our client is a well-established and growing organisation seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function and provide strategic financial support to the business.
:
✅ BCom Accounting, Finance or a related qualification.
✅ CA(SA), CIMA, SAIPA or similar professional qualification would be advantageous.
✅ Minimum 5–8 years’ relevant finance/accounting experience, with management-level exposure.
✅ Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
✅ Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
✅ Experience managing and developing a finance team.
✅ Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems.
✅ Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
✅ High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
✅ Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
