A leading manufacturer within the packaging and paper industry is looking for an experienced and results-driven Fibre Supply Manager to join their team.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring a reliable, cost-effective and sustainable supply of recovered fibre and related raw materials to support ongoing production requirements.
:
✅ Relevant degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Management, Forestry, Environmental Management or a related field.
✅ Proven experience in fibre procurement, recovered paper, recycling, pulp & paper, packaging or a related industry.
✅ Strong understanding of fibre markets, suppliers and procurement processes.
✅ Demonstrated experience in supplier and contract management.
✅ Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
✅ Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
✅ Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on with day-to-day supply requirements.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
✅ A valid driver’s licence may be advantageous.
