Electrical Engineer Full Time

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our client’s team in Pretoria. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering professionals to ensure that projects meet the required specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all stages of the project are executed efficiently.
• Design and develop electrical systems and solutions according to project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare technical reports, and oversee project documentation.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and project teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of consulting engineering experience in electrical engineering.
• Registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience managing and executing all six stages of a project (concept, feasibility, design, documentation, construction, and handover).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
