CFO Full Time

Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client’s team. As CFO, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy of the organization while overseeing all financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include managing financial planning and forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will lead financial audits, manage cash flow, and provide strategic consultation to the executive team.

The ideal candidate will have robust financial acumen, exemplary leadership capabilities, and experience in a senior finance role.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, within leadership
• Proven experience in a senior financial management position
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Relevant professional qualification CA(SA)
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
