Admin & Payroll Administrator – Piet Retief, Mpumalanga Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve’s client in the Finance industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an Admin & Payroll Administrator in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the complete factory payroll process, taking full accountability and responsibility for its accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide receptionist duties, including managing incoming calls and visitors.
• Offer administrative support to management and employees, which may include tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
• Perform secretarial duties for management, such as preparing reports, presentations, and minutes.
• Adhere to all production and safety procedures.
• Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality Management Systems.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) with passes in English and Mathematics.
• Payroll qualification (Sage VIP preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in reception, secretarial, general administration, and data capture.
• 3+ years’ experience in VIP payroll processing.
• 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365.
