A reputable private healthcare facility in Paardevlei is seeking an experienced and passionate Unit Manager to lead its Mental Health and Wellness Unit. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on patient-centered care.
:
✅ Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 equivalent
✅ A relevant nursing qualification (Diploma in General Nursing or BCur Degree) – NQF Level 7
✅ Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Registered Nurse
✅ A post-basic qualification in Management will be advantageous
✅ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a private hospital setting
✅ Proven experience in clinical leadership
✅ Mental health nursing experience is essential
