Unit Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Unit Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated team and ensure the effective operation of the unit while delivering exceptional service and fostering growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Implement strategies to meet performance targets and improve service quality.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance unit productivity.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on unit performance and activities.

Client Liaison

• Establish and maintain communication with clients to facilitate project updates and feedback.
• Ensure all stakeholder requirements are addressed promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the relevant industry.
• Proven track record of achieving operational targets and implementing improvements.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management is essential.
