:
✅ Grade 12 (Matric).
✅ Relevant insurance qualification or tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
✅ FAIS-compliant with RE5 (advantageous or as required by the role).
✅ Minimum 3–5 years’ underwriting experience within the short-term insurance industry.
✅ Strong understanding of underwriting principles, risk assessment, and policy wordings.
✅ Knowledge of relevant insurance legislation and regulatory requirements.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance underwriting systems.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
✅ Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
✅ Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
