Technical Trainer (Mining) Full Time

Description:
Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join their mining company based in Gauteng. You will be responsible for managing and delivering technical training and skills development initiatives to support operational capability, compliance and workforce development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deliver technical training programmes aligned to operational and business requirements.
• Conduct training needs analysis and maintain training plans and skills matrices.
• Coordinate and administer internal and external training interventions and related reporting.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, SETA, audit and statutory training requirements.
• Implement and monitor skills development and employee development initiatives.
• Manage learnerships, apprenticeships, internships and other talent development programmes.
• Maintain training records, training analytics and reporting to support business requirements.
• Manage learning platforms and support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with operational and support departments to ensure training effectiveness and compliance.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Trade Test Certificate (Advantageous)
• 6 years’ experience as a Technical Trainer within the mining industry
• 3 years’ experience in SDF and SETA frameworks.
• Valid Driver’s License

Benefits:

• Salary: R500K – R600K P/A
• Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
