Team Lead & Senior .NET Developer Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented individual to lead a small but growing team of developers in a .NET development environment. Individuals with expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Rest API, Blazor, MVC, JavaScript, and strong SQL skills, as well as Azure exposure, are highly preferred. Team management experience required.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development team in executing backlog projects in collaboration with the Development Manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, third parties, and stakeholders.
• Ensure the development team adheres to industry best practices and maintains high quality standards.
• Develop and maintain web applications and REST APIs utilizing C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core MVC, and SQL.
• Provide high-level support for Tier 1 client issues.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
• Mentor team members and conduct thorough code reviews.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer.

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Blazor, MVC, and T-SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Prior experience with Azure, Blazor, and the FinTech space is a plus.
