Senior Java Developer Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented Senior Java Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and extensive experience with Java frameworks. You will work collaboratively with agile teams to deliver exceptional software solutions while mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecting, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications
• Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality
• Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Optimizing application performance and ensuring security compliance
• Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong proficiency with Java EE and related technologies
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Knowledge of database design and SQL
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
