Job Title: Surveyor

Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Surveyor to join our team. The Surveyor will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas, identifying property boundaries, and providing data for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information.
2. Use specialized equipment, such as GPS systems and total stations, to measure and map land areas.
3. Compile data and create detailed maps and reports.
4. Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to discuss project requirements and results.
5. Ensure that all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. National Diploma Surveying
2. Trimmable Access software experience.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying.
4. Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software.
5. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying.
9. Model Maker software experience
Salary:
