Are you a hands-on IT Support Technician with a passion for solving technical challenges and providing excellent service? A growing tech-driven company is looking for a Support Technician to join their Cape Town team. This is a permanent, office-based role with occasional travel for on-site client support.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ At least 1–2 years’ experience in an IT support or technical field
✅ Solid understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking
✅ Strong communication skills — able to explain technical solutions in simple terms
✅ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
✅ Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities
✅ Able to work standby shifts when required
