Accountant – IT Services – R400K – R350K Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our client’s IT services team. As an Accountant in the IT services industry, you will play a critical role in managing financial records, conducting audits, and analyzing financial data specifically in the context of the IT services sector.

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong understanding of accounting principles within the IT services industry and can provide financial analysis and reporting to support the growth and success of our client’s business. Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements specific to the IT services industry
• Conduct audits and internal control assessments in the IT services context
• Analyze financial data within the IT services industry and identify areas for improvement or cost-cutting measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets for IT services projects
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns for IT services companies and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws
• Provide financial advice and guidance specific to the IT services industry

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role within the IT services industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles within the IT services industry
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in the IT services context
