Job Title: Sub Agent

Location: Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal

Position Overview: 
Join our client’s team as a Sub Agent with Hire Resolve, where you’ll be instrumental in overseeing and managing construction projects to ensure successful completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Agent in supervising and managing construction sites.
• Contribute to project planning and programming to enhance production efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Manage project finances, including cost control and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates to the Site Agent and project team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent in civil engineering.
• Registration with ECSA or SACPCMP.
• Minimum 5 years of contracting experience in construction.
• Previous experience as a Sub Agent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of labor management in a construction environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
